Plan eliminates warehouse and provides for 40 homes with 26 preserved acres

Buckingham Township has now obtained permission from the developer JG Petrucci to share the sketch plan which was submitted to the parties through their attorneys on September 18, 2025, and referenced in the Township’s press release. This alternate sketch plan was presented as part of settlement negotiations in the ongoing litigation, eliminates the warehouse and proposes 40 homes and 26 acres of open space on the property bordering Cold Spring Creamery Road.
