Bristol Township launches new resident request management software
Bristol, PA, 6/16/2025 – Bristol Township has partnered with CivicPlus®, a public sector SaaS leader, to implement its SeeClickFix 311 CRM software. This solution empowers residents to report quality-of-life issues and request government services.
With SeeClickFix 311 CRM, Bristol Township can ensure all service requests are tracked, managed, and resolved in one place, enhancing service efficiency and transparency across the community. The SeeClickFix app enables residents to report issues on the go, track progress, and receive real-time updates from relevant local government departments. The software also notifies residents if they begin to submit a request already in the system so they can follow the existing request instead.
