Although testing at the Hearthstone Water Facility which combines Wells CS#3 and CS#4 for the Cold Spring Water System tested below the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) levels, baseline tests results demonstrate that the township should move forward with PFOA/PFOS removal at the site.
