The Easton man must attend alcohol highway safety classes and will be on home confinement for ten days with electronic monitoring.
PA DEP will be conducting an aerial black fly suppression operation
The operation will begin at Doylestown Airport in Bucks County and will include flights in Bucks, Lehigh & Northampton Counties.
