Solebury residents can now pay real estate taxes online
Solebury Township’s Tax Collector, Laura Kim, is pleased to announce a new online payment system for county and municipal real estate taxes through MuniciPAY. Local real estate tax bills were mailed on Monday, March 2, 2026. While property owners may continue to pay by traditional check, this new digital option is now available for your convenience.
MULTIPLE WAYS TO ACCESS THE MUNICIPAY PORTAL
- Click the “Payments” button on the Solebury Township homepage: www.soleburytwp.org
- Click the “Pay Online” button on the Tax Collector homepage: www.soleburytaxcollector.org
- Scan to Pay: Scan the QR Code located directly on your 2026 tax bill.
To begin, enter your bill number, parcel number, name, or mailing address and the system will walk you through the process.
ONLINE PAYMENT METHODS & FEES
MuniciPAY accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Electronic Checks (ACH). The system automatically displays the service fee before you finalize your transaction.
- E-Checks (ACH): $1.50 per transaction
- Credit/Debit Cards: 2.65% fee ($3.00 minimum)
Note: Service fees are collected by MuniciPAY, not by the Tax Collector, and are non-refundable.
ONLINE SYSTEM FEATURES
- Shopping Cart: Owners of multiple properties can add all parcels to one cart and pay in a single session.
- Flexible Checkout: Choose to “Checkout as Guest” or create an account to save payment methods and view your payment history from now on.
- Instant Confirmation: A payment receipt is automatically generated and emailed to you.
TRADITIONAL PAYMENTS
Paying via a physical check remains an option. Property owners who prefer not to use the online system may still mail their payments or deliver them as instructed on the tax bill.
