Food assistance resources and supports

Dear CBSD Community,

With the lapse in Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits and the uncertainty around the funding of this critical program, we wanted to provide impacted CB families with local food assistance resources.

Please know that the district will continue to provide free and reduced-price breakfast and lunches during the budget impasse to all who qualify to ensure every student can enjoy healthy and fulfilling meals each school day. If you would like more information on our free and reduced-price meals program, please visit the this webpage. We encourage you to apply if you qualify and to share the opportunity with neighbors who may be eligible.

If your family is facing food insecurity and would like to speak to a school or district about your situation, please reach out to your school counselor, social worker, or principal.

Below is information on local and regional food assistanceYou can also view a comprehensive list of community resources on the district website.
