Bucks County Community College seeks public input on nursing program accreditation
Bucks County Community College is inviting the public to provide input as part of the accreditation process for its Associate Degree Nursing Program.
The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) will be visiting the college’s Newtown campus later this month to assess the program, and local residents are encouraged to attend an upcoming public forum and submit written feedback.
The ACEN visit will take place from Tuesday, March 24 to Thursday, March 26.
A key event during this visit will be a public forum scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, from 2 to 2:45 p.m. in Founders Hall, Room 140.
The forum will allow members of the community to share their comments and feedback regarding the two-year nursing program, which prepares students to become registered nurses.
In addition to the in-person forum, the ACEN is accepting written feedback on the program through March 9. Written comments can be submitted by emailing [email protected] or by mailing them to the following address:
