Warminster Police Corporal Brian Outland promoted to sergeant

Outland grew up in Warminster and was a 1999 graduate of William Tennant High School and a 2022 graduate of Penn State University.

George Javon Clark, 34, who was previously convicted in July of third-degree murder, was sentenced to 20 to 40 years in state prison.
